Mr. Satyabrata Dhir :

Born in 1973 in a highly opulent family. Graduated as a civil engineer and ventured into the Real Estate business with a goal & vision to satisfy the growing housing needs in the modern capital city of Orissa. He has completed successfully ten projects in Bhubaneswar & Cuttack for more than 500 high profile customers who are since then his valued patrons. Now 5 such projects like Duplexes / Apartments / Market Complex are under active execution. Quality has never been compromised by him at any cost till date.

Mr. Debabrata Dhir :

He is the younger brother of Mr. Satyabrata Dhir and is an energetic entrepreneur in charge of expanding the customer base through aggressive marketing. Besides he is in charge of acquiring raw materials for the company like land for construction. This is an important portfolio for the young director who is conversant with all legal aspects of sale / purchase of land and property; he is able to acquire land free of litigation and clear title is passed to the company.

This apart, he is quite social and most accepted as a helpful man in and around Bhubaneswar as a result of his student career political background which has helped him to be an organizer and coordinator of many public functions.
